They say location is everything, and I'd have to concur here. The place alone is in desperate need of an overhaul. Everything worked, it felt secure, and the location was awesome, but it really's just to the ragged edge of falling apart, in general. I don't mean to complain too much, but basically the windows were all really in need of replacement, as were being the doors, the trim, much from the home furnishings, and many others.
